This is my first time owning a home and having to have a inspector call out and I wasn't disappointed. Very communicative and a pleasure to hire. Demetrice is very serious about his work and informative. He was able to go be some recommendations and advice and did a thorough inspection. He was kind and respectful. He shows that he truly cares for your home and you do that you can make your home more comfortable. The report is detailed and provides lots of different recommendations and articles and advice.

Very thorough home inspection. I received a detailed report and was able to identify all possible maintenance issues and fixes needed. All questions were answered and I received great recommendations to maintain the quality of my home. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future.

Have had the pleasure of working with Demetrice on 3 different home inspections and he has done an excellent and thorough job making me comfortable with the process each time.
