Mr. Thomas was a professional from beginning to end. I am a first time homebuyer and once I told him that he step by step explained a lot of things people over look in inspection and explained the importance of having certain things annotated on an inspection it protects me as the buyer. My mom and I was awed by his professionalism she will be hiring him as in inspector for her home next year if you are looking for some one military oriented, polite and knowledgeable Mr. Thomas checks all those boxes.

This is my first time owning a home and having to have a inspector call out and I wasn't disappointed. Very communicative and a pleasure to hire. Demetrice is very serious about his work and informative. He was able to go be some recommendations and advice and did a thorough inspection. He was kind and respectful. He shows that he truly cares for your home and you do that you can make your home more comfortable. The report is detailed and provides lots of different recommendations and articles and advice.
