- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am focused on the long term relationship and want to make sure you feel comfortable and have full transparency on all fees/pricing. There is never a fee to you unless we have discussed it in detail. You should always feel that you received great value for your money spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we follow a simple 3 step process 1) We need to have a quick discussion to determine your needs; I will make sure we cover all important aspects of real estate and fully understand your goals 2) I will explain the general processes/options/pricing you have and answer any questions 3) If we are both comfortable working with each other we start and you are in the driver seat; I will be there to support and advise you, but you decide how fast we move and what other information you need to feel comfortable From then on I am fully focused and committed to you, will push your interests up until closing and ensure everything is done right to hopefully build a lifetime partnership!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed realtor, MBA in Finance/Strategy, lifelong learner, and in the trenches as a landlord myself.
