He painted our deck and did a good job but he warned us that because our deck was old and we had put so many coats of paint that it wouldn’t drain when we got a good rain it could cause it to rot and that he would come back in a few days and fix it. Well it rained before he got back and we saw first hand what he was talking about. He came back and sawed between the boards so it would be able to drain. Now it’s more like it was when it was new. Guess we’ll get a few more years before we have to replace it. We’ll call him when we need to replace it now.
