Rich and his guys are first class ! We had a great experience! We had them refinish our master bedroom floor and were so happy with there quality and efficiency we had them remove our daughters carpets in her townhouse and tile, and they replaced it with new hardwood floors on the entire upstairs and all new tile in her bathroom. Once again they did a great job ! They are now scheduled to do a business were involved with and there installing all new hardwood floors there too. Highly recommended

I would give 10 stars if I could. Rich and his team went over and beyond with my job. I had to reschedule them twice and they never missed a beat. They asked questions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail and the professionalism was very impressive!! I didnt realize that customer service like this still existed. They are the only company that will do my flooring from now on!

Footprints Floors turned 132yr old wood into something that looks like new milled wood. Rich and Co. were great and patient. They did everything to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I grew up in this house and I've never seen these floors look like this!Thank You Footprint Floors Blue Ridge!
