- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing that is more budget-friendly than industry standards. This allows clients to prioritize their moving needs without breaking the bank. I also provide cost-effective solutions by offering used moving boxes and packing paper at half the price of new supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller projects, such as packing a kitchen or the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, I kindly request that clients provide a detailed description of their needs and, if possible, photographs of the items to be packed. This information assists me in providing an accurate initial assessment. For larger projects, encompassing two or more bedrooms, the kitchen, and living spaces, I recommend a complimentary one-hour consultation. During this consultation, I will conduct a thorough assessment of your packing needs, tagging items for packing, and discussing project timelines and material requirements. Following this assessment, we will collaboratively create a detailed packing plan, outlining the dates and times I will be onsite to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess three years of practical experience in the senior move management industry. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and considerations involved in assisting seniors with relocation and downsizing.
