- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two projects are ever the same. We like to visit the property, educate the property owner on what needs to happen to professionally resolve the issue, and then provide a FREE estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. Our process is very straight forward: 1. On-site visit to evaluate and document the issues. 2. Educate the property owner on our findings. 3. Provide a free and detailed estimate (if necessary). 4. If appropriate, speak with the property owner's insurance provider. 5. Once the estimate has been approved, we work with the property owner to schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our team in the latest water mitigation and mold remediation technologies and techniques. Every project is lead by an IICRC certified (the industry's certifying organization) technician with a certification in Water Damage Restoration and/or Microbial Remediation.
