FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of affordable coaching packages, with my most popular being the 8-week program, which includes 8 one-hour sessions and access to a treasure trove of resources. Think of coaching as an investment in yourself and your future. While insurance might not foot the bill, the benefits are nothing short of transformative. Discounts are available for those who commit to multiple session packages. During our free initial consultation, we'll explore the best options tailored just for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We kick things off with a free 30-minute consultation to chat about your goals and see if we vibe well together. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session, go over the coaching agreement, and outline your specific goals. Each session builds on the last, honing the skills and strategies you need to thrive. Plus, I’m always available between sessions for a quick 15-minute call, email, or text for extra support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach through American Military University, having completed 375 hours of comprehensive instruction, including 30 hours of hands-on coaching practice, 200 hours of self-directed learning, and 175 hours of blended learning. I also completed the Martha Beck Wayfinder program, a year-long, 211-hour coach training journey. As a Wayfinder, I excel in guiding individuals through profound transformations to unearth their true purpose and passions. I am also a Focused Awareness Meditation Instructor, trained through the Center for Meditation Science. Additionally, I hold certification as a Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). And here’s a fun twist: I spent 3 years studying under Daoist Abbot Lǎo Zhì Chǎng, a Taoist Master, which deeply enriched my understanding of Daoism and significantly shaped my coaching philosophy and approach.
