We had problems with EVERY bug that was outside deciding to be inside our house. We live in a wetland and forested area, so you can imagine all that can entail! I contacted Eco Pest with our issues and they didn’t hesitate to say they could help us with all of the problems insects, and in an environmentally friendly way. Boy were they not lying! We got indoor and outdoor treatments and the bugs are very minimal now outside (and almost nonexistent inside)! Even mosquitoes! Before we couldn’t sit on our porch at all because of mosquitoes. Now we can enjoy a nice sit outside without being bitten. Thank you Eco Pest!!!

Kevin took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explain in detail everything he was going to do beforehand. He was very quick to respond throughout the entire process. Eco Pest control responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled promptly to give me an estimate for services. The whole package was very reasonable, yet the services were extensive! The treated not only the "indoors and foundations" but also cleaned the spider webs, treated multiple areas of the home, framing and yard. I haven't seen a single unwanted critter since they have been here. I appreciate that they are transparent and eco-minded about the products they use. The technician was friendly, professional and took time for all my questions. I signed up for the year contract with them because I was so impressed. Update: Eco Pest is our Go-To pest control and the one I recommend most often to friends. Through pandemic and all the craziness of these past several years, EcoPest has consistently helped keep unwanted critters from our house. If we had a break through, (like with spring migration or ants seeking higher ground after a big rain) a technician was on the spot to swiftly convince them to take their 6 (or 8) legs elsewhere. We love to start with a Free Inspection where we can. This allows us to get a better understanding of what you're are looking for, along with how we can best serve you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free inspection > better understand your needs > create a tailored pest control program > same day service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for over 15 years. Throughout those 15 years I've seen almost everything. However, if I happen to run across something I haven't seen I'll let you know and then search my network for the answer.
