I’m a local to the central Virginia area. My grandpa trained his two sons to install flooring and carpet. The two sons (one of which my dad) have installed carpet for 40+ years. I have branched out and expanded into cleaning. I use a portable entry level cleaning unit. It’s a low moisture unit which means it’s way better for the longevity of your carpet. The more modern chain cleaners who I will not name typically use a steam based system that blasts your carpet which may clean it and get lots of stains out… but it ruins the backing and adhesive. Cleaning like that shouldn’t be done often if at all. My cleaning services are dedicated to keeping your carpets clean and long lasting. Excessively soiled carpets will greatly decrease the lifespan of carpet. With my services done to your carpet every 1-2 years as regular maintenance its life span will be maximized! ⚠️I DO NOT OFFER FREE QUOTES OR ESTIMATES⚠️ please do not message me for free quotes serious inquiries only. Thumbtack charges pros as soon as a customer messages. A few extra things to note. Due to high lead prices and distance in which I usually work I have a $100 minimum Job limit. So I will do at least $100 dollars worth of work for you. I also have started to implement a small cancellation fee of $30 This is again due to high lead prices and to protect myself against “ghosting” customers.

Seth did an outstanding job fixing the carpet at my place! We had a situation where water from a bathroom leak soaked about 200 sqft of carpet and padding. Seth came by to inspect the damage and mentioned that his dad had extensive experience in the carpet business. He brought his dad back for a thorough inspection, and together they opened up the padding to let everything dry properly. They returned after two days to reinstall and clean the carpet. Their work was exceptional—professional, efficient, and thorough. Seth was always punctual and very responsive with communication, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Amazing experience. If I could have clicked more then 3 I would have also clicked value and responsiveness. Seth is a nice man, very well mannered, and respectful. Great with communication, timely, quick response, and got done with my job within an hour. He was quick to work, and down to business.
