- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free onsite estimates for all work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange with the client to do an estimate either while they are away at work or set up a time to meet with the client for the estimate. Our clients are often busy professionals so if the estimate can be done from the outside without having to get in the house (window cleaning, pressure washing, deck stain/seal, landscape cleanup etc.) we can swing by and leave the quote in the front door. The client can call us to schedule when they are ready to do the work. If the job requires a bit more direction on what the client needs/wants are, or if it requires access to the home, we set up a time for the client to meet with us for the estimate.

Our business is a hands on and experience counts on everything we do. We have been in business doing this type of work since 2007.
