The reviews is not valid, we did not do any work for this guy, He call 4 pros and we are the only to respond on time within 4 minutes As we sent to him details estimate and he gave us 3 stars reviews for no reason other than , may be he felt is the price is above his budget, and he fails to communicate with us and even to discuss the proposal. He acted unprofessional I am including below the response and the cost estimate Thanks for all other valuable Scope: - Add a 20x20 sunroom in back of house Fees: Architectural - $2500 Structural - $1000 Site visit for measurements - $300 (if you can provide measurements, remove this) What it covers: - Site visit to take measurements (if included) - Schematic sketch/drawings including basic 3D rendering for shapes/sizes. - Permit drawings (arch + struct, signed/stamped) - Permit support (till permit acquired)
