I contacted them last minute for a cleaning and they promptly answered. They were able to fit me in the following day but showed up an hour or two later than the appointment which was fine as it was last minute. The cleaning itself was below average but it could be because it was last minute. Weirdly there was a dirty black film on my floors afterwards that guests commented on due to walking around my house and their feet and socks turning brown/black. Very weird. I took a towel and wiped the floor and it was dirty; so essentially my house was worse off after the cleaning. My floors were cleaner before the cleaning so I was very disappointed. I had a medical problem and my normal maid was not able to make it when I needed it. Not sure what happened and the cleaning was not cheap.
