I scheduled an appointment at 4:00 PM to get an estimate on all 16 of my windows, but no one called or emailed to follow up. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company to provide reliable service.

Alex did a wonderful job explaining the job from start to finish. He never pressured us to purchase additional products but did explain to us Landmarks quality of window and doors.
