FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients will find that my pricing is generally lower than what they will find with other firms. As a virtual attorney, I am able to remove many of the costs normally associated with a "bricks and mortal" firm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients to discuss their needs. As a virtual attorney (an attorney that works mostly via the internet), I have the freedom to meet with the client at a location of their preference. Usually, I meet my clients in their homes, the hospital or a community location, like a coffee house. Once I understand their needs, I will draft documents for review. I encourage my clients to review and make any suggestions. They may ask any question. My goal is to produce a document that they fully understand and accept. When all reviews have concluded, we will schedule a "signing party" with the client. The client should plan on having two witnesses, 18 years or older, who are not related to the client. The execution process takes about 30 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in Virgina as an attorney.
