Courtney Jones - Head Pastry Chef
In 2017 my baking journey began in the comfort of my mother's kitchen. My passion rapidly turned into a hobby which developed into my new venture.
When the opportunity presented itself to take a role as a cake decorator I knew I was on the right track to gain the experience I needed and work alongside the team of professionals that I would learn so much from.
Nothing gives me more sense of purpose than seeing you smile and your eyes light up at tasting one of my creations and fulfilling your dream design come to life.
I am here to help you choose between the many options; free-standing, cut-out, fondant, birthday cakes, preferred piping, tiered ensambles, cupcakes and more.
My goal is to work with you in creating any custom request and be a part of your special day.

I’m so glad I chose Courtney as my baker for my birthday cake. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered. This cake was beyond my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure my cake was ready for my special day. The flavor and moisture of the cake were perfect and the red velvet and chocolate chip cannoli cream filling went perfectly together. I will be making sure I return for all my cake and dessert needs.

We are blessed to have found Courtney and her talents. The cakes are delicious, beautiful and fresh! We have loved every cake she has made for our family and I will always go to her before I buy a store bought cake any day.
