- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we charge very considerate prices, we are always open to negotiation, although really we always try to give quite good prices because the important thing is to keep us busy and thus be able to bring food to our homes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I always do is try to have a more direct contact with clients, introduce myself and offer our services honestly, provide them with all possible facilities so that they can feel confident, since what we seek is not to make a client for a single work without having an employee-employer relationship that lasts over time.
