- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced for our market while we strive to put quality of services at the top of our list of importance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process from start to finish: I will answer any questions that you have prior to setting up an appointment for an estimate, schedule and conduct a free estimate, prepare and email over the pricing/estimate with a detailed explanation of our proposed services. Once the proposal is accepted we collect a 50% deposit via check, debit, or credit card, and our production team will connect with the you to schedule the project. The day of our project our installers (all in-house, no subcontracted installers) will arrive at your project with detailed notes that our production manager had already went over with them prior to their arrival. Once the project is concluded our accounting team will reach out to collect the remaining balance through your preferred method of payment. Our Production Team will also frequently check on projects during and/or after install is complete to provide quality assurance. After the project is complete and payment is received, we send out a follow up signed card thanking you for your business and asking for feedback!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quality Building Products in Fredericksburg is licensed, insured and has a team of dedicated and highly experienced professionals. Our installers are all trained in-house along with various manufacturer certifications. In the insulation industry, on hands experience is the majority of the training/education. Of all of our installers, even our least experienced team members have 2-3 years in the industry, with the vast majority of them having more than 10 years, and many still with 15 plus years, even a few closer to 20 years of experience. Our Production Manager has 27 years in the industry, all at our company, along with our scheduler and assistant Production Manager so our production team has a combined experience of over 35 years. Our Branch manager has 17 years in the industry, and our office staff has a combined experience of 25 plus years. All in all, in an industry where experience is the training, there are very few out there with as much experience as we can proudly claim.
