Communication and punctuality are always top tier. He knows how to keep you engaged in the workouts and is encouraging throughout. He is very knowledgeable of the body's anatomy and what exercises fit the goals you're aiming for. I look forward to my workouts weekly. Again, I highly recommend!!!

I had these 4 crazy bunk beds I needed to together, the 5 billion parts were all mixed up, the directions were written by Satan. He and his partner had the best attitude and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Definitely would hire again!

I have known Qaseem for several years now. He has been invaluable to not only me but my boys so much so my oldest son has continued his fitness regimen at college.
