- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our future customers need to know that we will try our best to work with everyones budget and accommodate with their needs! We work differently than most competitors. We have grown our business based on word of mouth referrals. We are distinguished for quality and fair pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we take, is reach out to the potential customer via a phone call to do the introduction of ourself and to hear what the customer needs and expectations are. We always prefer to schedule a walkthrough of the area that the customer would like to have work done! This gives us an opportunity to get a clear picture and understanding of the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in the industry. I worked for over 10 years for a well known commercial cleaning company in the area as Quality Inspector Manager. I have meticulously and thoroughly trained my team to deliver top of the line service to our customers! We sure know how the end results of a good cleaning should look like!
