If there's ever an issue with your system, most units come with 10yr parts and with our standard 3yr labor warranty on all our services - you get the best coverage and guarantees from the start. We offer more coverage if interested, for a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and their HVAC concerns so we can better assist with any professional insight we may provide. Typically ends with complete customer satisfaction and customers getting one of the owners direct POC (point of contact) so you can have guaranteed access to a lead residential specialists for 24/7 emergency use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manufacturing training, family training, mentorship's, 2.5yrs of HVAC night school, 9yrs of field service diagnostics, lead technician at multiple companies before they got bought out.
