FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees vary based on the business needs. Fees are generally hourly for clean-up/back work or small jobs. I charge monthly for on-going or large jobs. Monthly fees are based on total revenue/transactions of the business and the overall, business needs. An initial conference call is best to determine the overall business needs and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a conference call and discuss the business's needs and what you are looking for in a bookkeeper. Once that is discussed, we will go over pricing and hopefully agree to work together. Once onboarding is complete, we will then schedule a new client strategy session to really dive in to the books and business needs. Communication is key in my line of work so I will always be available for any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration/Health Management but decided to pursue a career in bookkeeping. I have CPA’s who are my mentors and I have completed a bookkeeping course. I also have a Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification.
