- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in effectively communicating our expectations, pricing, and job scope. We may or may not be your lowest bid but we will exceed your expectations!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process consists of a phone interview with you to determine the scope of your project. We will follow up with a site visit and provide a detailed quote by email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Class A contractor. We are also IICRC certified for water restoration and remediation
