We have a value added program in property management at only 7.9% of the rent collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation that can be done over the internet, or in some cases in-person. Clear and thorough communication is key to a successful property management relationship, so all of our engagements start this way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Realtor, continuing education credits are required. Above and beyond that, we are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and attend multiple training and networking events with the top property management companies in the nation.
