I have been working out with Robert for 2 years. Not only did I meet my weight loss goals, but I also have changed my entire way of life. When I started I struggled to do 3 burpees - now I can do an entire class and run three miles. Robert is very accommodating of schedules and he is a lot of fun to talk to while we are working out. Training strategies need to be as unique as each person. That’s especially so when you have special concerns. The Fitness Stop has figured that out. I am long-time gym enthusiast but needed to reboot and refresh as I’m now in my mid 50s. Update: I wanted to offer an update as I'm now working with Robert. 5 stars for your knowledge and professionalism Robert! Your ability to create workouts that are just right for me, motivate me when I'd rather not be and help me test my limits, in safe ways, is exactly what I needed! The fact that I'm going to rock my bikini next year is pretty great too! Even if it's only in my head!! :))
