I was excited to find a mobile grooming in my area which the app indicates they service. I am not sure who I have been communicating with but they are lacking common sense of intelligence to properly maintain a question conversation for anyone to trust them with your dog. I told them my address and zip code 3 times and they told me there. I do not think they understand we are both in Prince William county both in Woodbridge area. When I put there zip code into GPS it is 9 miles away. I even accommodate by advising I will meet somewhere near them and they still implied they don’t service my area with the same prompt like it robotic. Stay away from
