I am so very pleased with the technician “Josh”. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything regarding my service issue. He knew in less ten minutes upon evaluating the air conditioner exactly what needed to be done to repair it. What was most impressive is the fact that he had the part with him that required replacing. Once the part was replaced my air conditioner started working again.

Lacy’s Heating and Cooling responded immediately to an HVAC faulty wiring issue that we experienced on a Sunday evening. Not only were they quick and responsive, they did not try to upsell me on all the frills or charge an emergency service fee. I will definitely be using them again when it comes time to completely replace my HVAC system.

My experience with Lacy’s Heating and Cooling was great. I had a temperature issue with my heating system and I was recommended to use them. He was prompt, informative and cordial. Once the root issue was identified, he gave me several options to solve it. The repair was quick and now all of the rooms in our home are of even temperature and my family is comfortable regardless of the season. Thanks again!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a building mechanic at a Class A commercial building in Tysons Government. For the last ten years I have been working for a County Government as a HVAC mechanic, I have gained knowledge working on commercial and residential HVAC and I have acquired HVAC contractor license.
