They are awful. Skill level is zero. They are unreliable and once he got cash, they just disappeared. Here are several examples: 1. The mounting of the shower head. It is a ceiling mounter shower. It goes inside. But Romero was arguing with us that this is how it should be done because he did it in other places. Kid you not, with all the wires out 2. Bench , you can see it all yourself 3. They didn’t finish work. They left all their trash in . Romero’s response? See the screenshot

Please tread lightly when looking to hire Romero Ceramic Tile LLC. I spoke to Romero and explained my job and situation. After Romero visited my rental property, and seeing the work that was needed, he told me his price. After a bit of back and forth negotiating, we had a gentleman agreement on a price and I was looking forward to getting the job scheduled with Romero and my tenant. When I asked Romero for a copy of his license and insurance, his tone changed and he declined to do my job. I explained that I am a VA licensed realtor and the two things I asked for would serve as a record of the job being done by a professional versus an average Joe. Joe became defensive and told me to find someone else. Being that we are men and we came to an agreement, only to void it over something silly as not wanting to provide me a copy of a license and insurance is definitely shady. For those looking to hire Romero, do your due diligence and ask all questions. For me, I would never recommend him to anyone because he lacks common courtesy and professionalism.
