Hired SHC to do my garage floor. They were very responsive and punctual! The floor looks great and their price was reasonable! I would definitely use them again!

I contracted SHC to do concrete flooring in my garage. Gabino explained me the entire process in detail and was flexible in doing the work over the weekend. His team came in early in AM and completed the work on time. Would hire them again for future works.

Prior to selecting SCH for my Polyaspartic garage coating, I spend countless hours researching - enough, in fact, to consider myself very knowledgeable. Like most of you, I watched a ton of YouTube videos, read a plethora of literature, and immersed myself in “all things garage coating.” I’m not proud of this, but “perfectionism” is in my DNA - and I “know” I can always do it better - better than even the pros. So, the first think I did was factor in the cost of renting a diamond grinder and vacuum. Next, I researched the cost of materials. Now - for all the “DIY’ers” like me - here’s where your really need to pay attention. Specifically, the material you may purchase at Home Depot - well, it’s just not the same. Sure, you can save yourself a couple hundred dollars, but the first time you peel the coating when backing your car out, who you gunna call? So if you’re not convinced by now that I did my research, there’s probably no sense in reading further. But for those that do, I’ll move on to my thoughts about SHC. I thought the first guy that would show up would be the guy to give me a sales job and provide an estimate. Well, I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I met Felix. Sure, he provided an estimate, it he also thoroughly explained the benefits of Polyasparatic - and also recommended a couple foundational repairs that would greatly improve the overall look - please note these suggestions were due to the off-set in my foundational cinder blocks. As an aside, I took his advice, bought a small container of concrete from Home Depot, and it turned out perfectly, Now to the day of work: Gabino and his two associates arrived at the exact time they stated and got right to work. I’ve spent a fair amount of time with skilled laborers, but I must admit the professionalism of Gabino’s crew was off the chart!! I really have no other way to say this than this: They surpassed the quality of work I would have done myself / and that is saying a ton! I would 110% recommend Gabino to my boss - in other words, my endorsements don’t get any higher. As an aside, I know many of you hear the cost of this and say “zero way” I’d pay that much. Well, I totally get you - I hear you loud and clear. And after seeing the end result, many of my neighbors that said the exact same thing are now asking me for Gabino’s contact information. I really don’t know what else to say - other than this: If you do this, you’re going to have the garage of your dreams.” I really cant say anything else - because that’s the best way for me to describe my experience.

Overall, happy with the experience. I’m currently out of town for a few weeks so I haven’t put eyes on the actual floor. So this is a tentative 5 stars! As you can see from the pictures, the team knows what they are doing. They seem to have gotten all the nooks and crannies, even filling in small cracks prior to laying the floor. Very quick turnaround time from the work request to the actual completion of the job (less than a week). The job itself seemingly took 5 hours based on pictures and texts. Color I chose was driftwood. Only issues were slow responses to texts at times and asking for additional money on the day of the work due to a discrepancy with the cement riser height (I did provide photos prior). The floor and craftsmanship seem high quality and I can’t wait to see it in person. Pictures are worth a 1000 words :)

I had a wonderful experience with SHC. They came out and did my garage yesterday. Felix helped me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between epoxy and polyurethane. He made it easy to schedule and he was very flexible with my schedule. The team that arrived was equally friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend them.
