- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individualized and is directly attached to the menu chosen. My minimum is $400 for any event. Brunch starts at $45 per person, lunch at $55 and dinner $85. Cocktail parties start at $60 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone consultation provides me with a better understanding of the clients needs and allows me to provide an individualized menu and proposal for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an MBA and years of business experience I am exceptionally qualified to not only provide a delicious experience but also a very professional and organized one.
