The quality of Chef Sandra's extraordinary meal deserves a 3-star Michelin rating! She used top-of-the-line foodstuffs and extras that culminated in a mouth-watering meal! In the weeks leading up to our meal she was incredibly responsive to our menu requests and to creating a special ambiance at the dinner table with thoughtful decorations. She paid exquisite attention to the smallest details, providing us copies of our specialized meal plan as part of the table setting. Chef Sandra expertly marries great cooking with gracious hospitality -- you will not be disappointed if you engage her talented services!

Sandra and her colleague were amazing! The food was insanely good and she provided us with so many options it was easy to serve a group with various specific diets (she also made a couple of extra accommodations as well). She was responsive, kind and the decor she provided (& set up!) was thoughtful and beautiful. 10/10

Working with Sandra was fantastic from start to finish! She was so friendly and creative in our first consultation call, was very responsive during the planning process, flexible with changes that came up, and then prepared an absolutely beautiful and delicious meal for our event. She served us, a Mediterranean inspired meal, with delectable appetizers, scrumptious, family style Manes, and sides, and absolutely divine desserts. I would highly recommend her and use her again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individualized and is directly attached to the menu chosen. My minimum is $400 for any event. Brunch starts at $45 per person, lunch at $55 and dinner $85. Cocktail parties start at $60 per person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone consultation provides me with a better understanding of the clients needs and allows me to provide an individualized menu and proposal for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an MBA and years of business experience I am exceptionally qualified to not only provide a delicious experience but also a very professional and organized one.
