Paul delivered on a pump motor replacement. Asked for a variable speed motor and he tried his best to find one, but ultimately went with single-speed, which works fine.

My initial experience was frustrating. I was expecting the service tech to arrive at 1pm. By 3:30pm, no tech. I left a voice mail and a text inquiring about the delay. It was not responded to for another hour. When Paul finally arrived, well after 5pm, he was knowledgeable about the problem we were having and explained what needed to be done and fixed it. I feel he knows what he is doing and does it well. The biggest issue is communication - if you are going to be late for an appointment, please have the courtesy to call.

I had three other pool repair people look at it and could not figure out the problem and even came over on a Sunday to reclean the pool for my daughter's birthday party. Very responsive and very fair in his pricing.
