- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many other property management companies will add on fees, setup fee, inspection fee, fees on top of work invoices. It's hard to know how much you will be charged. Our fees are simple, $150 a month for property management services and 75% on the first full month's rent for new tenant lease signings. If your property is in DC or MD, we can manage your licenses too for an optional $150 annual fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have experienced landlords and first time rental property owners as our clients, each have their own requirements. For new owners, we help you understand the process for converting your home to a rental property. This is a tough transition for many home owners so, we help make it easy by working closely with you to prepare, list, and lease your property to satisfaction. We prefer to meet new owners at the property whenever possible. We think it's best for you to introduce your property so we can better market it. If you have tenants, it's important that they are informed of what changes are coming and when. We'll create correspondence that helps you give them peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are trained and experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of county, state, and federal regulations, laws, and other requirements.
