Chef Carlo has also hosted unforgettable pig roasts and BBQs, from classic American to Hawaiian, all while skillfully adapting menus to meet specific dietary needs. Chef Carlo was quick to respond with my request for a romantic birthday evening for two. He and JR arrived on time and created a menu that was amazing. We spoke a week before and he provided healthy, tasty options. He asked if there were any allergies, vegan preferences, etc. He listened to our likes and dislikes and the outcome was delicious. We had a 3 course meal that consisted of a tasty shrimp appetizer, a beautifully plated chicken entree and a delightful ice cream and pastry dessert. He included a bottle of Malbec to accompany the feast at a low price. We were so impressed and would definitely call on Chef Carlo and JR again. 😊

My husband hired "Making Noise In The Kitchen" Chef Carlo for my 50th birthday party. It was a pig feast in our back yard. It was a great experience because Chef Carlo handled preparing all of the food and purchasing the whole pig for us. He prepared vegan dishes for my vegan friends and also went out of his way to pick up the birthday cake from a location that was two hours away. He started cooking the pig outside early in the morning. By the time all the guests arrived mid-afternoon, everything was set up outside and the food was ready. His presentation of carving the pig was quite a hit with the guests! All of the guests enjoyed themselves and loved the food! It was an experience I will never forget. Thank you Chef Carlo!!!
