- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price displayed by the website/app is due to the fact that it's personalized services. It changes with the distance and number of signatures and or the type of services acquired. For Urgent requests, there's an additional $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact on the app/email, I text the client directly; get the details and settle the transaction by confirming the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications from National Notary Association and self learning.
