- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent and have upfront pricing. We do not charge you for extra coats and "change order" anything unless the customer requests additional work outside of the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate. One of our few project managers will arrive to your home on time. We do not hire sales people. Our project managers know the craft and will provide you an estimate within 24 hours, if not on the spot. This is the same person who will manage your project so you have one point of contact throughout the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide free color consultations with a professional if you decide to work with us.
