I give this company a solid two. Did they come and clean? Yes. But they said they would first have to deep clean. That was okay - actually would have loved a deep cleaning.
Their 'deep cleaning' did not involve shampooing the carpets. Fine. But they didn't actually move furniture to do a deep cleaning. Nowhere were couches moved, and so there were places prone to dust not getting cleaned. Not only that, but there is a film in the mudroom floor where they mopped. They cleaned all the windows except for the big picture window smack in the front of our home. My husband had to do that. We will have to clean
They charged us $295 for the deep clean, but the only job we can say is actually done to satisfaction is our countertops - bathroom and kitchen. That is why they got two stars instead of one.
When I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the company owner, he did not take my complaints seriously. I cancelled my check. I offered to pay him 175, the cost of a regular cleaning, because I do not want their labor to be a total waste. Instead, he argued with me about shampooing the carpets.
I wish this would have been a good fit. But it was not. It makes me wary about searching on Thumbtack for pros. Much better to go off of word of mouth.
