Booked her on 12/23 for a deep cleaning and they just did a barely passable surface job. I wasnt home during the cleaning so I guess they just thought they could wing it and collect their money. There are still stains all over my floors which means they barely mopped. Cat hair literally still floating around like tumbleweeds which means they barely swept. My countertop is still dusty which means they barely wiped it down. I just moved my couch and found dirt and shavings from the couch. Will not be using their services again.

I would rate Fatima a zero if that was an option. My appointment was at 10 AM. At 9:29 AM I get a cancellation from her with no apology or consideration of my time. That’s very unprofessional. The moment you have a sick staff you reach out to the client so everyone can plan accordingly. Your time is NOT more valuable than my time. And time is something you can not give me back. I should have watched out from the bad reviews she has. I should have listened to that gut feeling, but I didn’t. Don’t make the same mistake I made. This lady is unprofessional and has no value for your time. She’s undependable. Do not book her!
