Cheryl has been working with clients professionally in both medical and fitness settings for many years. She has extensive knowledge of how to scale movements from the most novice client to athletes pursuing elite fitness. She is also certified in nutrition and is exceptional at helping guide and encourage you, while at the same time meeting you where you are at in your health/wellness journey. I have worked with Cheryl for a year now. I am a Type 1 diabetic, so nutrition and exercise are the key to my overall health and longevity. Because of Cheryl's medical background, she understands my health issues and how my workouts are affected by them. She also understands the need for balanced meals that are diabetic friendly for an on the go mom. Cheryl guided me to find what foods work best for me and my busy lifestyle. She is also an extremely knowledgeable personal trainer. Safety and form are her priorities! If there is an exercise I cannot do, she immediately comes up with another solution to achieve the same results.
