Our door for the deck was damaged and we needed it repaired asap because we were going out of town for the holidays. I contacted Tim and explained the situation. He had me send some pictures to better understand the scope of the work and gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone. Tim and his partner showed up the following day as promised and repaired the damage within 90 mins. The quality of the work was exceptional. They are professional and knowledgeable. The price was well below what I expected. Tim and Premium Window Solutions saved the day and we will use them again for sure. Wish they did more than just doors & windows. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We enjoyed meeting and working with Arthur and Tim.Our first meeting was quite productive. They took the time to listen to our concerns and present us with solutions and advice. They were very accommodating regarding the day and timing of the service. They were exceedingly respectful of our home and did an excellent job.
