FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my customers depending on the work and task difficulty, however I never overprice my customers. I try to keep the pricing fair for both sides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I ask customers to send pictures of the work to be done, if possible. I give an estimated price by looking at the pictures. If the customer finds the price reasonable, I come and do the job. If pictures and descriptions are not enough to give a price, then I go to the customer's address, see the work to be done and give a price. If the customer approves the price, I start work right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 6 carpentry jobs. I worked in electrical and mechanical service at a printing company for 10 years. I have been providing electrical, plumbing and carpentry services for 18 years.
