- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no hidden fees. Usually if I’m on a job the customer isn’t paying, the insurance company is. I like to have a conversation with the customer and guide them as to what their most affordable option will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & greet, ask questions to assess what happen and where the damage has come from, inform the customer about what to expect from the process, and then sign them up if they have all their questions answered and are ready to move forward
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been involved with the construction industry for years, then became a licensed public adjuster. I am still a licensed PA but decided to get licensed in water mitigation and now I own and operate the company full time
