- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based an hourly basis for basic handyman work. For other projects more complicated, it’s by project. I work with clients who are looking for great communication, experience and someone who will take care of your property/project. Please note that I add, in my pricing, one hour for driving to and from your project and for project set-up and clean-up, plus time on site. If the work is extensive, and requires a second person, that cost is at $45 an hour for. On technical skills. Plumbing or Electric may require a specialist if this work is complicated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal introduction. Ask about scope of project and expectations. Can provide a rough estimate via the phone, but, likely any firm estimate would be based on site conditions, expectations and finals scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very experienced in all types of renovation work within residential homes and have my own crews for larger projects. I've been working on my own properties and client properties since 2003. I have done condo conversions, structural work, underpinning and waterproofing as well.
