I had an issue with a leak and mysterious sound coming from my unit. A friend recommended I reach out to Andres. He was responsive and asked questions to better understand what was going on before explaining possibilities and pricing. He was punctual to the appointment, made sure to explain what was going on, transparent about prices and potential upcharges depending on what he finds, and when he found the issue, he made sure to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was quick and thorough with his examination and fixes! I highly recommend him. His prices are well worth the quality of work and he also offers one year free warranty!
