- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are pretty straight forward. We do delivery, installation and pick up which is $100. Letters, numbers and backdrops have pick up and drop off option too. We offer 10% discount for our first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact our customers and ask series of questions regarding the type of party and theme colors. After talking to our customers about their preference, we come up with ideas for the decoration and present it to our customers. Once we agree on the decoration style we create an estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up I was the one who was always in charge of the family function preparations. I always enjoyed doing it. The idea of surprising the loved ones gives me so much joy. I understand that the life itself is just a collection of a good memories, that's what you will remember after years when you look back at your life.
