- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we prefer to ask our clients three quick questions: Purpose of appraisal, property square footage / bath count / amenities and finally, time available for report production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of full time employment in the appraisal field, working with many different national lenders, credit unions and mortgage companies. 4+ years of appraisal class work as well as continued education. 3 active licenses with no disciplinary actions or negative feedback. Over 4500 appraisals completed in the span of 8 years.
