Juan did an excellent job installing recess light in our basement area. He was punctual, responsive and also mentioned he will provide 1 year warranty for this recess light installation work. He had communicated ahead to us about making extra holes and he had to make 5 extra hole to install the recess lights and the cost to repair the drywall would be extra on us .

Mr. Juan and his team member Mr. ruddy were wonderful. They went above and beyond in sharing insights on what solutions would be best for installing my recessed lights and ran the new wiring in my whole basement. He provided his guidance to order the right material for my basement. He also advised how to install the HDMI cable run through the ceiling before installing the drywall. I felt well informed about what he was going to do in my basement. He also cleaned all the mess cause by the Electric Work also helped me to install extra electric outlet on my upper deck with No extra charge. Mr. Juan Alvarez excellent job at adding electrical wiring and switches before installing my four Ring floodlight cameras. Before arriving Mr. Alvarez confirmed the scope of work and an appropriate time for me to have the work completed. Mr. Alvarez gave me a reminder appointment text before he arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Mr. Alvarez promptly gave a walk through of the completed scope of work. I will contact Mr. Alvarez for future projects. The value and price were exceptional!
