I chose NOVA Landscape & Design based on research, reputation and reviews. Needless to say, the company lived up to what I expected based on my reviews and in most cases exceeded my expectations. Prior to selecting NOVA Landscape, I met with two other companies. One was very pushy and the other was cheaper, but neither provided a 3D design of what the finished project would look like. Both expected me to make an on the spot decision. NOVA Landscape sent a design representative. He talked to me and my wife about what were looking for in terms of a design, took measurements and was on his way. Two or three days later he came back a presented a 3D lay out of the design as a recommendation. The first draft was go! We had a few weather delays, but the project started approximately three weeks later. Both the hardscape and landscape staffs were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend NOVA Landscape & Design for both your hardscape and landscape needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically discuss the project with our clients over the phone prior to setting up a visit at their home. During the initial phone conversation, if needed, we will setup an appointment to have one of our designers meet with the client at their home to provide an estimate on the work needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ICPI certified in the installation of concrete paver patios and have over 20 years of experience with landscape plant material and installation services. We have bachelors degrees in business administration, marketing, soil agronomy and horticulture.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family has owned a local garden center and landscaping company for over 20 years servicing Northern Virginia.
