- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices change depending on the frequency with which you want your cleaning, for example, if you only want a one-time cleaning, it is more expensive than a monthly cleaning, one every 2 weeks or one every week. Also keep in mind that each appliance such as a refrigerator or oven has its price if your house has two refrigerators or two ovens you must take into account that if you want it to be cleaned you must pay for each one
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
have an excellent communication to have a better satisfaction both with respect to the work we can make visual estimates by going to your home to give you an estimate or you can call me and talk about the details of your work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 7 years with 2 families of the elderly, doing their weekly cleaning, and 10 years of experience in the quality of cleaning and the use of the correct products, in each area, I worked with people from young people, adults, and third age
