I was called back within 15 minutes of placing my request with Thumbtack. I was scheduled for service call within next hour. Arrival was prompt. Problem with microwave diagnosed, & repair part ordered. Communication was excellent. Microwave repaired on time. Tamin at Top Shield Appliance Repair(703)486-4772 works on all types of appliances. Tamin gave me a fair price and fixed my refrigerator in an adequate amount of time. He knew immediately why my refrigerator wasn't working, understood what parts to order, and provided an accurate estimate of when the parts would arrive and how long it would take him to complete the repair.
