Needed to stabilize my deck to accommodate a hot tub. Brad of Rockingham Property Management came out to evaluate my deck and provided detailed observation of work required to secure the deck for the weight of hot tub based upon my decks condition. He evaluated material costs with various suppliers and provided a great price for materials and labor. Hot tub will be installed within a few weeks for the final test. Overall, I would recommend this contractor. Professional and always kept us informed during the process.

Very unprofessional, we know that he is a busy guy and we were going to pay him for this task. There was a human error on our end about the zip code but still we were going to pay him to help us with sending us the keys back but he never did, he was very discourteous.

Thank you for your review. Let's go ahead and get the facts out here for everyone. I asked you specifically in the beginning if your job site was near Richmond and you said no it was Harrisonburg. Not until after I asked a second time after you mailed the keys did you figure out where your own job site is. You corespond through a fake Google phone number. You refuse to give me your boss' info when I requested and you told me multiple different stories about this whole debacle. I explained to you that I was out of town working and that you could call the post office and have them return the supposed package of keys. You and whoever you work with are scammers and when I pointed that out, you got angry.
