I had just a couple of small household jobs but I’m a senior and need help sometimes. Valerie & Chris responded immediately and said they would be happy to come over. We set a date and Chris arrived right on time. He was very careful & thorough with his work and I am very pleased with the results. Chris is also very courteous & personable. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Definitely recommend & plan to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing per type of job not per hour. We also provide a 15% military discount for active and retired service members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send an introductory message first and if the customer is interested in working with us then we obtain details on the work requested. We then either message or call to set up an in person estimate review if needed. If the job request is simple we can give an estimate over messaging. Once the price is agreed upon we then set up the time frame to do the work and agree on the form of payment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over 20 years ago as side work.
